The EMSA Advantage
EMSA Advantage is a paid EMT training program offered in partnership with Oklahoma State University, giving eligible high school graduates and GED recipients the opportunity to earn their EMT certification without the financial burden of tuition or student loans. Participants are hired as full-time EMSA employees while completing a 16-week program that includes classroom instruction, certification testing, and hands-on field training. EMSA covers tuition, exam fees, and uniforms, and trainees receive competitive pay throughout the program before transitioning into a full-time EMT role with an 18-month employment commitment after graduation.

EMSA’s SimTEP (Simulation Training for EMS Professionals) program uses cutting-edge simulation technology to prepare EMTs and paramedics for real-world emergencies through immersive, hands-on training. Featuring 360-degree simulation environments, high-fidelity manikins, and real-time performance feedback, SimTEP helps both new recruits and experienced providers strengthen their skills, improve knowledge retention, and deliver exceptional patient care.
